Inversions Workshop with Nichole (90 Minutes)

In this elevated flow, we’ll awaken circulation, bring oxygen-rich blood to the brain, and explore the art of getting upside down—safely, intelligently, and with a sense of play. Nichole will guide you through mobility prep, shoulder + core activation, and progressive drills that build confidence for shapes like Dolphin, Forearm Stand prep, Handstand entries at the wall, and soothing inversions to cool down.
