Join us at Bloom Yoga Collective for a relaxing Breathwork, Yin Yoga and Sound Experience in Sarasota, designed to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance to both body and mind.
This 75-minute experience begins with breathwork, followed by a traditional Yin Yoga class, where postures are held for longer periods of time to gently target the connective tissues, fascia, hips, spine, and joints. Yin Yoga encourages deep stretching, increased mobility, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, making it the perfect complement to an active lifestyle.
Following the Yin practice, you'll be invited to settle into stillness for a calming sound expereince. As you rest comfortably in savasana, the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other sound tools will create a peaceful environment for relaxation, stress relief, and deep rest.
