New Moon & Nidra will offer a special centering practice, gentle yoga that invites the body to ease tension, and Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation intended to offer deep rest and relaxation. Often called "Yogic Sleep", Yoga Nidra is an excellent way to find a release in tension and stress.
This class is floor based and focuses on passive stretching and gentle holds, allowing for deep release and rejuvenation. Suitable for all levels, it's the perfect way to unwind and restore balance.
