Tourmaline: Use this stone when you need to activate the ability to have mercy and compassion for yourself and others. It helps raise awareness enough to recognize the negative thoughts you carry around and assists in releasing them.

Black Onyx: A powerful protection stone, Black Onyx absorbs and transforms negative energy, and helps to prevent the drain of personal energy. This stone also aids the development of emotional and physical strength.
